Sheeba Khalid
is doctorate (PhD) in Sociology from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, West Bengal India, presently serving as Assistant professor of Sociology in Amity University Lucknow at School of Law her present research interest includes Ageing, Gender and Family, Migration, Women Problems, Religion and Society, Social equality. Dr. Khalid has served as Assistant Professor (Sociology) in different universities and colleges; she has more than 14 years’ experience in academics. Working as an Honorary Editorial Support Service at Netaji Nagar Day College Computer Centre, Kolkata, she is a Member of Indian Muslims for Progress and Reforms (IMPAR), Selected Working Group to join: Women Empowerment Group.
