Ulkar Bayramova
Ulkar Bayramova
is a Leading Advisor at the Education Quality Assurance Agency. She was the Director of Khazar University's TLC between 2015/2021. Having completed her studies in Educational Sciences at Lankaran State University with a BA and MA degree, she went on to study e-learning at Tallinn University and the University of Turku in Finland. She went on to work at Lankaran State University, where she held a number of roles including Head of the Distance Education Center, Scientific Secretary, and Head of the Education Information Center. She joined the Azerbaijan University of Languages in 2011/2012 as a Project Manager for EC programs (Tempus and Erasmus Mundus). She also studied for her PhD on exchange at the Institute of Informatics at Tallinn University. Ulkar Bayramova, who is involved in ISOC and ICANN activities, has been providing international, senior, and junior expert support to various NATO, FP7, Tempus, Erasmus Mundus, and Erasmus+ projects since 2007. She is an international counselor in mediation and is fluent in Azerbaijani, English, Russian, Turkish, and basic French. She is the author of 22 research papers.
