Zantermans Rajagukguk
Zantermans Rajagukguk
is a Research Professor at Research Center for Population, National Research and Innovation Agency of Indonesia (BRIN) since 2021. Previously he was a researcher at Research Center for Manpower, Ministry of Manpower of Indonesia since 1990. He obtained master degree from Human Resources Management Program at the Catholic University of Atma Jaya, Jakarta (1996). His research interests related to employment, human resources, and industrial relations issues. Until now he has written more than 50 research results, mainly in book forms, and some in national and international journals.
