Topor is a Scholar-Practitioner and President of International & Intercultural Communications, Francis Sigmund Topor conducts research and lecturers at a number of universities including Keio, Meiji Gakuin, and Seikei Universities in Tokyo, Japan. His expertise includes Japanese Sociolinguistics and psycholinguistics. Dr. Topor also currently provides intercultural communicative competency to Japanese multinational corporations in Tokyo; haven provided educational services to the Tokyo Metropolitan Board of Education for over six years.
