, Professor, Department of Mathematics, School of Chemical Engineering and Physical Sciences, Lovely Professional University, Punjab, India. M.Sc, LL.B, Ph.D. (Mathematics), D.Sc (contd.) Harcourt Butler Technological Institute, Kanpur. Prof. A.K. AWASTHI has earned his Ph.D. from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute, Kanpur, India. He has total teaching, research & administrative experience of more than 22 years with many reputed universities. He worked at Manav Rachna University as a HOD in the Department of Mathematics from Aug. 2012 to 2019. During tenure established the faculty of Applied Sciences with three Mathematical labs for each subject of mathematics namely Techno Math lab for Engineers, Computational Math lab for M.Sc, B.Sc Programme of Physics, Chemistry, Maths & Eco Math lab for BBA, and MBA scholars. Designed Special Curriculum for M.Sc, and B.Sc programs with Lab Components especially in each Math subject. Prof. Awasthi is associated as an editor of two forthcoming books with CRC Press and Scrivener Publishing (Wiley) respectively. He is a special issues editor in the journal EAI Endorsed on Transactions on Pervasive Health and Technology (Scopus Indexed). He is associated with the International Journal of Communication Systems (SCIE) (WILEY), and International Journal of Information Security and Privacy (IJISP) (Scopus, ESCI), and IGI Global as an active reviewer. He has guided eight Ph.D. research scholars and supervised seven in the fields of Applied Mathematics and Computing. He is a lifetime member of the Indian Engineering Teachers Association, India, and other renowned technical societies. He is holding the post of Joint Secretary, Faridabad Chapter of INDO-UK Confederation of Science Technology and Research, London. He is a certified Microsoft Technology Associate for Introduction to Programming using Python. Prof. Awasthi has got more than 100 publications in refereed journals and 78 publications in National and International conferences. He has also written and reviewed many books like Topology, Real Analysis, Integral Transform, and Complex Analysis for Master & Research courses.
