Akshaya Jayakumar
Akshaya Jayakumar
was born on the 26th of March 2004 as a native of the greenest land in the country, known as God’s own country. Being from a place of highest-rated literacy, she is aspiring to enter the digital technology domain to become a software engineer. She is passionate about new technologies and digital transformations and firmly believes in updating herself with the subject and keeping abreast of the changes in the technical world. Her pursuit of enriching herself through various modes of acquiring knowledge bears witness to her readiness, resilience, and patience. She upholds integrity and equality to the core. Early Life: The upbringing of Akshaya has occurred with utmost care to shape the belief system of the child, uplift core values, make her emotionally more potent, and build her capacity, capabilities, and interests. Her upbringing in two culturally diverse lands such as Kerala and Madhya Pradesh offered her an amalgamated culture which played a significant role in the personality development of Akshaya as a person. Since childhood, she has been keen on nurturing a goal-seeking attitude. Academic Pursuits: Akshaya has received education and training since her formative stage to her senior classes at Atomic Energy Central School, Indore, a premier educational institute of great repute, wherein she was exposed to various learning experiences and skills by learned educators which helped her groom into an inquisitive learner. Further, the able guidance of the masters sowed the seed of interest in computational technology. Her ambition ushered her to VIT, Bhopal to explore the scope of realizing her long-cherished dream. Presently she is pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science at VITB University. Passions and Interests: Since childhood, Akshaya has been a gifted girl of talent thereby a versatile singer and dancer. She has participated in the All India Inter School Cultural Meet every year both for dance and music for 5 consecutive years from class 8 to class 12. A sprinter who bravely participated with her much more senior counterparts to reach the semi-finals and is inclined to play basketball, volleyball, and the like. A fitness enthusiast, she believes “a sound mind can dwell only in a sound body.” Apart from being a curious student, she spares time to satiate the hunger of her mind, that is reading. She finds time to fiddle her fingers on her favorite piano. She is a connoisseur who finds solace in inventing new refreshments to tickle the tastebuds. She finds new domains of culinary skills knowing that to win someone, it is better possible through one’s stomach. Overcoming Challenges: Akshaya is earnest to be a self-made girl who knows the importance of self-help. She had her share of fears and apprehensions as well. But she learned that when the wind is unfavorable, one must adjust the sail. Thus, she set herself to face the challenges in her way. She is gradually trying to discover the self in her by self-evolution. Values and Beliefs: Having been brought up in a traditional household with a modern outlook, she has been reared to uphold ethical and moral values to the core. She is always encouraged to view gender equality among people irrespective of their social and economic status. Her vision and mission are to bridge the gap between the rich and poor through education. She envisions creating a ripple on this planet by being committed to her cause. Aspirations to Impact the World: As it says, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a tiny step”, No matter how big the task is, it starts when you start. Likewise, Akshaya cherishes giving to the world her share of endeavor, big or small, to make it a worthy place to live. Her commitments coupled with her creative imagination and thought system, with the sole instinct and objectivity, will realize her goal which she fondly nourished. She will commence her journey to fulfill her commitment, though in small steps, but indeed grooming herself to optimize her potential and caliber. In the biography, Akshaya portrays an inquisitive learner who always wonders about the whys and whats of life phenomenon and continues to thrive on learning. She is a person of perseverance who will bring her dream to life.
