Ali Borjian

Ali Borjian is Professor and Chair of Department of Elementary Education at San Francisco State University. He is a Fulbright scholar and has conducted research in Mexico. Dr. Borjian’s primary field of interest focuses on teacher education and teacher professional development. His areas of specialization are second language acquisition, immigration, and teacher education. Much of his training has focused on issues of teaching and learning as it relates to language acquisition and cultural diversity.
