Amit Kumar
Amit Kumar
is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Akal College of Economics, Commerce and Management, Eternal University, Baru Sahib. He has received Bachelor's (B. Com) and Master's (MBA) from Himachal Pradesh University and Ph.D. (Consumer Complaining Behavior) from Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat, India. He has Qualified UGC-NET (Management) in 2013. He teaches post-graduate and undergraduate students and also guide master and Ph.D. students in the field of Marketing and HR. His research interests include consumer behavior, service marketing and customer relationship management. With 8+ years of teaching experience, his academic contribution includes publications including research papers, review papers (in various journals of national and international repute including SCOPUS and WOS) and one book. Morality, ethics, sincerity, hard work and being honest towards the job are the fundamentals of my life.
