Anshul Saluja

Anshul Saluja has a PhD in Educational Policy from the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), New Delhi and has also attained M.Phil. from NIEPA, New Delhi. She holds UGC-NET (JRF) in Education. She has been a recipient of the University Grants Commission-Junior Research Fellowship, University Grants Commission-Senior Research Fellowship and MHRD-NIEPA Senior Research Fellowship during her M.Phil. and PhD. Her area of specialization is School Participation of Children at the Elementary Level of Education. She did her Master's in Psychology with a specialisation in Counselling Psychology. Her other academic possessions are Master in Education (M.Ed.), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Bachelor of Science (H) Botany. Besides, she has also cleared CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) and HTET (Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test). She is working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Education, K. R. Mangalam University. She teaches the subjects like Child Development, Childhood and Growing Up, Cognition and Learning, Basic Concepts and Thoughts in Education, Contemporary India and Education, Biology etc. She has been guiding students in writing research papers and some of my students have presented their papers at national seminars and conferences. She has been the speaker and moderator of various webinars organized by K. R. Mangalam University. She has organized FDPs and seminars at the school level as co-ordinator. Besides, being an assistant professor at the School of Education, she has been assigned an additional charge of Assistant Dean, Student Welfare, K.R. Mangalam University. Being on this post, she has been the convener of the Induction-cum-Orientation Programme for Freshmen (2021-22), Induction Programme for Freshmen (2022-23) and inter-university events. She is also heading NAAC Criteria 5 at the university level and is a member of various important committees (like the university discipline committee, and grievance redressal cell). She has published papers in UGC care-listed journals and Scopus journals. She has attended several seminars/conferences and has presented many papers on issues related to education in various national and international seminars/conferences and has also attended several workshops. She is the Editorial Board Member of the International Journal of Education, Culture, and Society ( ).
