Anugamini Srivastava
is Assistant Professor in HRM at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management Pune, Symbiosis International (Deemed) University. She is Guest Editor for the upcoming special issue of European Journal of Training and Development, (Emerald, UK). She has book chapters and several research papers to indexed, abstracted and ABDC ranked journals of international repute to her credit. She is Recognized reviewer of Elsevier Journals and has reviewed articles for international journals. Her research interests are Human resource practices, Training, leadership, and other relevant topics of organisational behaviour.
