Argyro Fella
Argyro Fella
is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Education, University of Nicosia. She pursued her graduate studies (M.A. in 2010 and Ph.D. in 2017) at the University of Cyprus in Psychology, where she also worked as a Research Associate at the Center for Applied Neuroscience, specifically in the Learning Disabilities group. Her research interests focus on studying, diagnosing, and treating learning and individual differences, emphasizing cognitive and linguistic factors associated with specific learning disabilities. Specifically, her research employs eye-tracking and electroencephalography (EEG, ERP) methodologies for studying reading development and related difficulties. She has participated in the consortiums of international projects funded by both international and national agencies from the European Union (e.g., COST MultiplEYE), or Cyprus (e.g., Youth Board of Cyprus). Dr. Fella publishes her work in scientific journals and routinely presents at national and international conferences.
