Ariel Quinio
Ariel Quinio
earned a Ph.D. in Curriculum, Teaching and Learning, and M.A. in Measurement and Evaluation at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto (OISE/UT). He was a former University Researcher from the Philippines and a Lecturer in Methods of Research and Statistics for over 10 years. His research interests focus on mixed methods designs, high-stake testing and measurement, classical test theory and Rasch scale modeling, program evaluation, equity studies in education and the critical pedagogy He is currently a Continuing Adult Education Instructor at Monsignor Fraser College in Toronto, Canada.
