Arun Aggarwal
Arun Aggarwal
is an Assistant Professor at Chitkara University, Punjab, India. He currently holds prestigious editorial roles, including Senior Editor of Global Business and Organizational Excellence (Wiley) and Editorial Board Member of the International Journal of Work Innovation. Under his supervision, seven PhD candidates have been awarded the degree of PhD in Business Management. He has been ranked as top 100 researchers by P-ranking, an international rating agency, not only in India but also in Southern Asia. He has authored an international book “Adjustment Problem and Attributional Style among Adolescents”. He has served as session chair in various conferences. He has also acted as resource person in various workshops related to research methods at national and international levels. He has also served as the Guest Editor for two Scopus international journals. Dr. Aggarwal's expertise spans Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Industrial Relations, Labor Laws, and Research Methodology.
