Ayesha Syed
is a Human Capital Strategic Consultant, with considerable background in Human Capital Value Chain. She has worked as an internal staff and external consultant to client organizations of various size across various industries including Software Services & Consulting, Software Product Development, Garment, Cement, and Electronic Manufacturing. She has varied experience in the areas of leading Core HR Function like Leadership Development, Performance Management, Employee Communication, HR Technology. Change Management like Organization Design and Development, Aligning Organizational Cultural to Strategy, Organizational Effectiveness Assessment. She is a Gen Y HR professional who believes in data driven decision making over I think, decisions that may soon be replaced with an algorithm or AI! She is skilled in Microsoft Office, Statistical Data Analysis with Python and R, Tableau and Statistical Modelling. She is a certified HR Analytics Professional from IIM Rohtak. She is an avid writer, published an article for ISTD Hyderabad on the topic Talent Analytics - The Rational Choice and Spotlight on Human Resource Management published on September 2016. She was born in February 1992, and holds dual Masters' degree. She is a strong Information Technology professional with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree focused in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General and Business Analytics from Vignana Jyothi Institute Of Management where she topped the 23rd batch & received a merit certificate for best student in Human Resources. She also holds Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU University. She was Awarded “HR Gold Medal” in 2015~2017 by VJIM. Currently a Research Fellow at Yogi Vemana University pursuing my PhD in Management.
