possesses a robust and diverse background in academia and industry, showcasing a versatile skill set and extensive experience in both teaching and administrative roles. With a career spanning over a decade, he has served as an Assistant and Associate Professor in several prestigious institutions, demonstrating expertise in teaching a wide array of subjects such as Marketing, Finance, Systems, and HR to both MBA and BTech students. My involvement in research, highlighted by numerous publications in reputed journals and presentations at international and national conferences, underscores his dedication to academic inquiry and contribution to the field. In addition to his academic pursuits, my experience extends into the corporate sector, particularly in HR and business development. His tenure as a Senior Manager in BD & HR at Ven Chars Media Communication Pvt Ltd evidences his capability in handling recruitment, training programs, HR policy formulation, and employee management. This experience has endowed him with a practical understanding of corporate operations and the intricacies of managing a workforce, skills that are invaluable in both academic and business contexts.
