Bruna Rekowsky graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) in 2018 with a gain in the research line of interest in the area of Inspection and Technology of Products of Animal Origin and Buffalo Culture. Master's and PhD student at the Graduate Program in Animal Science in the Tropics (PPGCAT) at UFBA with a focus on Technological Innovation and Inspection aimed at the development and diversification of products of animal origin with functional potential.
