Carolyne Nekesa Obonyo
(PhD) is an experienced academic and researcher. Dr. Obonyo specialises in the area of teacher preparation, with a focus on pedagogical innovation, classroom technology integration, mobile learning practices, digital literacy, and e-Learning. Her doctoral research explored the use of mobile technologies in teacher preparation. Before joining the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, she was at California State University, San Bernardino, USA, where she worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Educational Leadership & Technology. She is currently a Lecturer in Education and Research at the University of Wales, Trinity Saint David.
