Chidi Idi Eke
Chidi Idi Eke
is a senior researcher at the Mangosuthu University of Technology, Durban, South Africa. As a scholar at the apex of his career, he has teaching experience that spans eight years as well as proficient mastery of applied research using the pragmatic mixed-method research approach. Dr. Eke holds a doctorate (Ph.D.) in Management studies from the University of KwaZulu Natal. In addition to his academic career, he has founded and managed several companies including Noble Global Security Company, a risk management company, where he was the CEO, of Vivid Data Limited – he acted as director of operations, and Kia-fronting Foundation (KFF), a Non-Profit Organisation. He is the Chairperson of KFF which focuses on providing remedial and structured interventions against Gender Based Violence as well as initiatives addressing refugee issues. He has created community development platforms that enable impact positively on communities in South Africa and Nigeria. Dr. Eke combines his academic and industry experiences in managing people and organizations. He has published articles in internationally accredited and high-impact journals. Chidi is a Member of the Senate of Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology, Durban, and a Committee member on Curriculum, Innovation, Design, and Development (CIDD) at the same institution.
