received the PhD degree from Hunan University, Changsha, China, in Applied Mathematics. He is a teacher at Hunan Normal University, Changsha, China. His current research areas include Granular Computing, Intelligent Information Processing, Fuzzy Systems, Data Mining, and Topology.
