Damla Ayduğ
Damla Aydug
is a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management, Inspection, Planning and Economy. Her academic research interests are organizational health, organizational trust, school evaluation, organizational behaviors, organizational learning and forgetting and school development. She has published articles in internationally indexed journals, submitted to and presented papers at international meetings, conferences, seminars, etc. She has contributed one international and three national research projects.
