Doris Hill

Doris Hill is the director of the Auburn University Regional Autism Network and an Associate Professor of Special Education, Rehabilitation, and Counseling. Dr. Hill earned her Ph.D. in Collaborative Special Education, with a concentration in Autism and Behavior Disorders, from Auburn in 2009 and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the doctoral level. Her professional interests include positive behavior interventions and supports, developmental disabilities/autism spectrum disorder through the lifespan, and disability as it impacts military families. Dr. Hill was appointed by the Alabama Governor to serve on the Alabama Interagency Autism Council from 2013-2018. In 2017 the Governor appointed her to chair the Alabama Medicaid working group. Dr. Hill currently serves on the Alabama Behavioral Analyst’s Certification Board.
