Elizabeth Stroble

Elizabeth (Beth) J. Stroble , Ph.D. Completing her fifteenth year as the Chancellor for Webster University’s global university system, Stroble has held academic and administrative posts at public and private institutions across the United States. Across her career, she has emerged as a nationally recognized champion for increasing educational access and success for students worldwide, catalyzing innovation, and encouraging educational institutions’ civic engagement and service to society. Through partnerships with the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, the African Renaissance and Diaspora Network, and the International Association of University Presidents, Stroble advocates for inclusion and equity for globally diverse individuals and communities. Her scholarship focuses on the relationships among place, identity, and community as well as women’s leadership and global trends in education.
