Eric Ruvuna
Ruyuna Eric
holds PhD degree in economics with specialization of agricultural production economics and Master’s degree in applied economics obtained from Annamalai University, India and Bachelor degree in economics and management sciences with economy as option received from Kigali Independent University, Rwanda. He has more than 3 years of experience in teaching at university level where he taught modules including Agriculture, Agricultural Economics II, agricultural production economics, Farm management and Labour economics at Kibogora Polytechnic, Kigali Independent University (Master’s Program) and KIM University. He was appointed to be a team supervisor in the consultancy of World Vision Rwanda on the evaluation of community empowerment through economic development “Inzozi nziza project” and participate in the writing of the final report and a consultant at International Union for Conservation of Nature on the business case of payments for ecosystems Services (PES). His interest areas are agricultural production economics, agri business of organically, inorganically and both combined produced commodities through which he seeks to provide significative solutions toward to the reduction of poverty and achieve food security. Moreover, He applies research methodology, Statistics and econometrics to deriving scientific results.
