Eufrasio Pérez-Navío
Eufrasio Pérez-Navío
began his professional activity in 1993, when he enrolled in teaching studies, until 1996. Since that date and given his status as a graduate, he began a Bachelor's Degree in Psychopedagogy at the University of Jaén until 1998. He is a Doctor of Philosophy and Sciences of Education by the National University of Distance Education (UNED) title obtained in 2004 with the highest qualification. In 2008 he obtained the title of Expert in Evaluation of the Quality of Higher Education at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain). He worked as a teacher, for more than 15 years, in Nursery and Primary Schools and Secondary Education Institutes in the provinces of Ciudad Real and Jaén (Spain). He currently holds the directive position of Vice Dean of Education of the Faculty of Humanities and Educational Sciences of the University of Jaén. For 4 years, he has been secretary of the Department of Pedagogy at the University of Jaén. When he combined his work at the Ministry of Education and University, he was Head of Studies at the “Nineteen July” College of Education in Bailén, secretary of the San Juan de Ávila de Castellar School in Santiago (Ciudad Real). He currently teaches in the University Master's Degree in Compulsory Secondary Education, Baccalaureate, Professional Training and Language Teaching (Secondary Master's) related to the subjects of “Educational Processes and Contexts” and “Educational Innovation and Initiation to Research in Social Sciences, Geography and History”. She also teaches in the Degrees of Early Childhood Education, Primary Education and the Master's Degree in Critical Care Nursing, Emergencies and Emergencies at the University of Jaén. He is a member of the Scientific Committee and reviewer of different national and international journals. She has been an international aid worker through the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation and Development (AECID), participating in the program for the incorporation of Spanish doctors to Mexican universities, in the 2006 call, remaining at the Cristóbal Colón University of Veracruz (Mexico) for more one year. He has published more than forty articles in journals, some of them indexed in the JCR and book chapters and books in publishers such as McGraw-Hill, Pearson Educación, Universitas, Ramón Areces, Joxman, etc. From 2012 to the present he is TAR (Online Support Tutor) at the National Distance Education University (UNED) based in Madrid (Spain), teaching subjects of the University Master's Degree in Compulsory Secondary Education Teachers, Baccalaureate, Professional Training and Language Teaching and the ESTRATIC Master of the UNED. Some of the universities outside of Spain in which he has participated as a research professor, and on some occasions several times, are universities in Europe and America. He is currently Professor of the University and Director of the Department of Pedagogy at the University of Jaén, has two six-year research period (2010-2015) (2016-2021)granted by the CNEAI of the Ministry of Education, two five-year teaching and directs several doctoral theses related to the non-university teacher training and organization of educational centers. Participate in more than 9 innovation projects and as many research projects.
