Funmilola Aderayo Soneye studies Public Management at the Faculty of Commerce, Human Sciences, and Education at the Namibia University of Science and Technology. Her interest lies in researching contemporary issues in public management and proposing plausible frameworks for sustainable public governance and development in Industry 5.0. ''Fostering Psychological Safety for Team Effectiveness in Family Businesses:Insights from Savoy Hotel'' is her first published scholarly work. She is interested in conducting more research on sustainable entrepreneurship and probing different pathways towards the sustainability of public enterprises in developing countries.
