Geetha Manoharan
Geetha Manoharan
is currently working in Telangana as an assistant professor at SR University. She is the university-level PhD program coordinator and has also been given the additional responsibility of In Charge Director of Publications and Patents under the Research Division at SR University. Under her tutelage, students are inspired to reach their full potential in all areas of their education and beyond through experiential learning. It creates an atmosphere conducive to the growth of students into independent thinkers and avid readers. She has more than ten years of experience across the board in the business world, academia,and the academy. She has a keen interest in the study of organizational behavior and management. More than forty articles and books have been published in scholarly venues such as UGC-refereed, SCOPUS, Web of Science, and Springer. Over the past six-plus years, she has participated in varied research and student exchange programs at both the national and international levels. A total of five of her collaborative innovations in this area have already been published and patented. Emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and work-life balance are among her specialties. She organizes programs for academic organizations. She belongs to several professional organizations, including the CMA and the CPC. The TIPS GLOBAL Institute of Coimbatore has recognized her twice (in 2017 and 2018) for her outstanding academic performance.
