George Kassar

George Kassar is a member of the full-time teaching faculty and research team at Ascencia Business School and Collège de Paris Int’l, Research Fellow and Associate Director of the Center for Applied Business and Management Research (CABMR). Holds a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA), a Postgraduate-Certificate (PgCert) in Business Research Methods, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. Have a wealth of professional experience in the banking sector, namely in the field of performance management and business analytics. Taught in higher education institutions for many years, specializing in core business disciplines such as management, marketing, and information technology. Main research interests are centered around individual and organizational performance management strategies, and particularly in exploring how managers can leverage business performance analytics tools to gain insights and make informed decisions. Also interested in how knowledge management practices can facilitate learning and innovation, allowing organizations to continuously improve performance and adapt to changing circumstances.
