Gülçin Akbaş
is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Atılım University, specializing in social psychology. With a background in psychology, she holds a Ph.D. degree in the field. Her research interests encompass a wide array of topics, all of which reflect her unwavering dedication to social justice and addressing critical societal issues including sexism, gender inequality, violence against women, and intergroup relations, particularly examining prejudice and discrimination. Her work explores the role of culture and social influence in shaping human behavior, offering insights into how societal norms and values impact individuals' actions and attitudes.
