Hamimah Hashim
Hamimah Hashim
obtained a PhD in Educational Psychology from International Islamic University,Malaysia (IIUM), Master of Education in Preschool Education (UKM) and first degree in Psychology (IIUM) . Started as a lecturer at UiTM in 2004 and most recently she held the position of Deputy Dean of Academic at the Faculty of Education, UiTM. Active in conducting various research and consultancy grants from KPM and UiTM. Also active in the field of academic writing and received the “Best paper award” at the International Conference on Social Sciences Studies 2019. She was invited as a keynote speaker at the International Conference on Education held in Bukiitinggi, Indonesia in 2020. In addition, she gave lot of talks and motivational programs with students and teachers. Dr Hamimah has received the Outstanding Service Award in 2009 and 2018. In the field of teaching, she actively supervises undergraduate and postgraduate students and supervises international students. She is also active in participating in Innovation competitions and has several products registered as “Intellectual Property”. Her most recent award was the Aspiring Innovator Award 2020 in producing items for online teaching evaluation. In addition, she was also invited as Jury in several National and International Level in Innovation Competitions based on her experiences and involvements in the field of innovation.
