is Pro Vice Chancellor Office of Alumni Affairs, Chitkara University. An illustrious alumni of Sainik School Kapurthala. Graduate in Mathematics, English Literature and Psychology. Post Graduate in Management Studies, Post Graduate in Computer Applications and a Diploma Holder in French Language. (Punjabi University, Patiala, India) Certified BEC (Business English Certificate) Trainer by British Council. Certified Trainer by Inlingua School of Languages. An accomplished leader, A dynamic professional with 22 years of ultra-rich experience in Higher Education Management/Consultant. From starting her career as Faculty Communication Skills & French teaching UG & PG Engineering, Pharma, Architecture students, to starting & managing a Business School as Dean, to handling the Office of International affairs as Director, established professional milestones with exceptional performance. She has been with Chitkara since its inception. It is more than 20 years now and has spearheaded all important verticals and contributed with her colossal efforts to the growth of Chitkara as a Brand. Instrumental in establishing collaborations with 150 plus International Partners/ Universities across the World, building trust and association with leading Global Academic schools in span of just 5 years of her stint as Director International Programs. She started and spearheaded the realm of Social Media at Chitkara and was Editor-in-Chief for Chitkara Publication House. Prof. Harkiran Kaur, has been the face of Chitkara University for more than 500 National and International events and brings with her an exemplary wisdom and her stage presence is poise and grace personified. Hosted Nigerian Student Cohorts in Campus for consecutive three years besides heading the vertical of 500 International student mobility from SAARC Countries & students from European Diaspora every Year. Leading Strong and robust Network of 60,000 Alumni spread across six continents. She is a strong woman of substance, precise to core and a perfectionist in her approach. A learned scholar who is widely travelled across the globe. She is the first woman in this region to head an Entourage at Harvard University, The United States of America. Under her dynamic patronage in Bangkok, Chitkara Students defeated 36 countries spanning 5 continents to win the Best Outstanding Paper Award at the Asia-Pacific International Model United Nations, Bangkok. She was invited as Guest of Honour for two consecutive years in Busan, South Korea by IYF World Camp. Honoured by His Holiness Dalai Lama for her exceptional paper written and presented in IIT Roorkee, India on “Buddhism as a Significant means of Global Peace and Harmony”. Honoured by H'ble Ex Chief Minister Punjab Captain Amarinder Singh for her “Exemplary Services in field of Education” by Govt. of Punjab, during the 70th Republic Day Celebrations on 26th January, 2019.
