Hartej Singh Kochher
is a distinguished contemporary Indian author, esteemed legal scholar, and a dynamic force in academia. Holding a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the University School of Law and Legal Studies, GGSIP University, New Delhi, and an LL.M. in Corporate Laws from the renowned National Law University, Jodhpur, Hartej combines a robust academic foundation with a passion for the intricacies of law. His professional journey is marked by impactful roles as an Assistant Professor of Law at institutions such as ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad; SRM University, Sonepat; University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun; Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT-World Peace University, Pune and currently at School of Law, Galgotias University, Greater Noida. Simultaneously pursuing a Ph.D. at GD Goenka University, Gurgaon, Hartej's research focuses on Competition Law in India, showcasing his commitment to legal scholarship. Hartej actively participates in national and international conferences, presenting papers on various legal subjects, further establishing his reputation as a thought leader in the legal community.
