Ian Gross

Ian Gross is an International School Principal. He has been a teacher and international school leader for nearly 30 years, working for much of this time in international schools across four continents. Ian completed his EdD with the University of Bath, UK and his doctoral research focused on leadership challenges of culture and ownership when dealing with critical incidents at international schools. Currently Ian is the Principal of an international boarding school in the UK; The Worthgate School in Canterbury.
