Isik Cicek
Isik Cicek
is an academician and Assistant Professor of Management and Strategy at the Faculty of Aviation Management, Necmettin Erbakan University, Turkey. His research interests include human resources management, strategic management, and organizational behavior. He obtained his PhD degree of Management Engineering at İstanbul Technical University. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in management and organization, strategic management, organizational behavior, business management, entrepreneurship, quality management, organizational communication, and safety risk management. He has authored book chapters and research articles in several international and national journals and conference proceedings. He demonstrates knowledge in advanced parametric and non-parametric statistics as well as statistical software programs.
