Janerose Kibaara
is Lecturer of Education Management and Policy. Holds a PhD degree in Education Management, Policy from Kenyatta university,2014, a Master of Education Administration and Planning,2006, Catholic University of Eastern Africa, a Bachelor of Education Arts Degree (English /Literature), 1997, Egerton University and a Higher Diploma in Counselling a certified mediator with the mediation institute of US in collaboration with EKERD University college, St.Petersburg,Florinda,USA. Trained educationist with over 25 years’ experience in leadership and management in both private and public educational institutions in Kenya. Previously I served as a lecturer and academic coordinator, education and counselling coordinator at Kenya Methodist university, (2008-2015) and Africa Nazarene University as a senior Lecturer in Education Management and research. Awarded Earth Charter Educator Certification by Earth Charter International and University for Peace, Costa Rica. I am a Trainer of Trainers for staff mentors and growing Leaders Facilitator with The Hay Project, DePaul university and Kenyatta university. Over 25 years’ experience in research and publication in peer reviewed journals, International conference presentations and newspaper articles.
