Joyce Lin
, EdD is an Associate Director for the Teaching Fellows Program at the Knowles Teacher Initiative that supports beginning high school math and science teachers across the nation to explore what teacher leadership looks like in their contexts and to engage in practitioner inquiry to generate and share knowledge about their work towards creating more equitable spaces for students and colleagues. A former high school biology teacher, her areas of interest include development of learning communities, facilitation of group learning, designing professional development, STEM teacher leadership, and practitioner inquiry. She has written for the Learning Professional and Knowles News and Blogs and has presented at regional science conferences.
