Julie M. Little
Julie M. Little
is an Associate Professor of Management at Taylor University in Upland, IN. She teaches undergraduate courses in business management, human resources, and organizational behavior, as well as graduate courses in leadership within the new TU graduate programs. Little has been a member of the business faculty at Taylor University since 2015. Prior to joining Taylor University, she taught at Purdue University, Indiana University, Indiana Wesleyan University, and spent 18 years working in industry for both Chrysler Corporation and Stella Cheese Company. Her research interests include leadership, culture, and student engagement, both in traditional and non-traditional environments. Little earned her Ph.D. in Technology Management, Leadership and Innovation from Purdue University, a MS in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a BS in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Indiana University.
