Leele Susana Jamian
Leele Susana BT Jamian
is an Associate Professor attached at the Faculty of Education Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. Currently, she is heading the Educational Management and Leadership Department at the Faculty of Education UiTM. Her 28 years of teaching experiences at various government institutions ranging from school to university, has given her a strong determination to develop students at university in becoming future educational managers, leaders, trainers and educators in various fields of studies. Her research interests lie in the areas of Educational Management and Leadership in Higher Education, and Language Learning amongst ESL learners in both public and private learning institutions in Malaysia. She has published in numerous international journals and chapters in books and became an international plenary speaker in the area of her specialization.
