Luiz Roma Junior
has a degree in Agronomic Engineering from the University of São Paulo (2001), Master's degree in Animal Quality and Productivity from FZEA/USP (2004) and PhD in Animal Science and Pastures from ESALQ/USP (2008). Scientific researcher at the Aniimal Science Institute/APTA/SAA and Director of the Dairy Cattle Research Center, IZ/SAA/SP. Experience in Animal Science, with emphasis on Milk Quality and Animal Management, working mainly on the following topics: ambience, dairy cattle, milk quality, medicinal plants.
