Accredited as a Master's and Doctorate advisor in the Graduate Programs in Food Science (PGAli) (since 2017) and Animal Science in the Tropics (PPGCAT) (since 2017) both at the Federal University of Bahia. Has experience in the area of veterinary medicine, and food science and technology, with emphasis on: Inspection and Technology of Milk and derivatives, Physical-Chemical Control of Milk and derivatives, Food Quality Control (GMP, PPHO and HACCP) and Validation of Chromatographic Methods (Carbohydrates, organic acids, ivermectin and biogenic amines).
