Marirajan Murugan
, received the B.E degree from Madras university in 1997, the M.B.A degree from Madurai Kamaraj University in 2011, Executive Program in Business Management in IIM, Lucknow in 2022. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D degree in Management at SRM IST. He has published twelve papers in reputed Scopus, ABDC, Springer nature, UGC carelisted journals including few book chapters. He has received a Guinness award for participating as an author for the record title of thickest book in the world. He is working as Project Engineering Manager in an EPC company, a leader, Mentor and a technocrat with determination and self-discipline, a UK certified professional engineer and an all-rounder in the field of Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Power, Metals & Minerals, Defence and Infrastructure as Engineering services provider and EPC Contractor. Having 26 years' of experience in the diversified industry sectors, he assists as Mentor for E&C Services. and has worked with companies-Petrofac, Tecnimont, Kentz, Litwin, Reliance and Mukand Engineers. During this period, he has handled different roles as Consulting Engineer, Oil & Gas Operator and EPC Contractor. He has strong experience in design and implementation of oil and gas production system and other diversified sectors and was extensively involved in Asset Integrity, Process Safety Management, Life Extension Studies, safety studies and Risk Assessment activities, Multi disciplinary engineering management, Project Management. Mentor responsibilities includes alignment of organisation to market requirements and constantly pursing excellence in the businesses.
