Martin Dow

Martin Dow is Software Technical Architect & Project Lead for the Open-Source Learning Academy Protocol. Martin's background in professional software development spans three decades in both product and systems integration settings. Martin has innovated across a wide range of technologies, including: web-based interactive 3D systems; semantic and identifier systems for telcos, institutional repositories, digital asset management, and media value chain standards; and distributed computing techniques that foster new types of value propositions through collective agency. Martin's approach to OSLAP brings the benefits of open source software and practices to social learning and development. These situations – and our humanity – demand a different approach to building technical solutions that support informed stakeholders' owning their digital personhood.
