Marwan Omar
Marwan Omar
received a Master’s degree in Information Systems and Technology from the University of Phoenix, 2009 and a Doctorate Degree in Digital Systems Security from Colorado Technical University, 2012. He is currently an associate professor at Illinois Institute of Technology where he teaches cyber security and digital forensics courses. His research interests fall in the broad area of cyber security with a recent focus on machine learning robustness. Among other services, he is currently an active reviewer for IEEE Access, IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems and a member of IEEE since 2021.
