Merve Kaplan
was born in 1986. She was graduated her master's degree from Kocaeli University in Turkey. The subject of her thesis was “Effects of shucking and cooking of striped venus clam (Chamelea gallina L.,1753) collected from kandira beach with different thermal methods on meat yield chemical composition”. She is an aquaculture engineer and she has been working in Kocaeli Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, Turkey. Also she is a phd student at Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University in Turkey. Also she is preparing her phd thesis.
