Mohit Lohani
is an Associate Professor in the area of HR and Marketing at Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi (LBSIM). He has 14+ years of corporate experience inConsumer atitude and behaviour, Marketing, Retail, IT & Ecommerce and has been associated with Aditya Birla and Siyaram brands. He completed his BE in Chemical Technology from Delhi College of Engineering (Delhi University), PGDM from IIM Lucknow and PhD from Devi Ahilya University, Indore in Service Quality of Ecommerce in India. He has many conference paper presentations to his credit in ecommerce and has conducted sessions in MDP programs in capturing human behaviour and intentions in Digital Marketing at IIM Rohtak in 2021-22.
