Nicholas R. Werse
Nicholas Werse
is serving as the Director for the EdD Research and Writing Development Center, Nicholas R. Werse combines his love for writing with a passion for student development by supporting student research and writing development in the Baylor University EdD in Learning and Organizational Change Program. In this capacity, he leads a team of research and writing development specialists who work with over 500 scholarly practitioners as they write dissertations and develop publications. Dr. Werse is both an instructor and a practitioner of the craft of writing, personally striving to push beyond traditional disciplinary boundaries. As such, he has written on a range of topics in the fields of religious studies, biblical interpretation, literary theory, modern popular media, rural history, online education, postgraduate studies, and environmental humanities.
