Olalekan Adisa
Olalekan Ismaila Adisa
is an accomplished Senior Lecturer with over 14 years experience of in teaching and research in Nigeria, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. He has made significant contributions to the fields of Project Management, Public Administration, Political Science, International Business, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and the MBA program. With a profound passion for teaching, learning, and research, Dr. Adisa has become a recognized authority in the academic and professional community. Dr Adisa holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal South Africa and three master's degrees from the University of Lagos (Nigeria), the University of Ibadan(Nigeria), and the University of Northampton (UK). He has conducted groundbreaking research across disciplines in leading journals globally. His research has been instrumental in advancing our understanding of African and global economy, poverty, demography, international development and entrepreneurship, business management, and globalization and has been published in numerous prestigious journals. Throughout his career, Dr. Adisa has demonstrated a strong commitment to education and has been actively involved in teaching and mentoring the next generation of scholars. He has taught a wide range of courses in Project Management, International Business, and International Logistics Management and has supervised several successful graduate students. As one of the authors of the book chapter titled “The Influence of Family Dynamics on Entrepreneurial Intentions and Self-efficacy,” published by IGI Global, Dr. Adisa brings together years of expertise and a wealth of knowledge to contribute to the collective understanding of The Influence of Family Dynamics on Entrepreneurial Intentions and Self-efficacy. Their comprehensive insights and innovative perspectives are invaluable to the academic and professional community. Dr. Adisa is a sought-after speaker at national and international conferences and has received multiple awards and accolades for his outstanding contributions to the field.
