Olayinka Creighton-Randall
Olayinka Creighton-Randall
is a recent graduate of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology where she obtained her PhD in Organizational Leadership. Her research interest is servant leadership with a specific focus on first generation African immigrant women leaders and how their leadership styles vary (or not) depending on their cultural norms and values. Prior to her relocation to the USA, Dr. Creighton-Randall was the Chief Executive Officer of a registered consulting company in Sierra Leone working on human resource, organizational and social development issues. She also held senior government positions within the justice and security sectors of the Government of Sierra Leone where she conducted research on the effectiveness of community policing and access to justice in rural areas. Dr. Creighton-Randall holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Social Science and Administration, a Master of Arts in International Relations and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management all from the United Kingdom. She also holds a Masters of Public Administration (MPA) from the American University’s School of Public Affairs and is a member of Pi Alpha Alpha, the Global Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration.
