Pankaj Tyagi
is an accomplished academician, researcher, and consultant. He is presently working as Professor at Chandigarh University, Mohali, India. Dr. Tyagi is an alumnus of Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (Central University) and Kurukshetra University. He has over 2 decades of experience in the industry, teaching, training, consultancy, and expertise in destination management, travel process and disruptive technologies. He has published over 40 research papers in international journals indexed in the quality database and authored/edited 10 books with premium publications Like IGI-GLOBAL, Emerald Publications, CRC, Apple Academic Press and many more. He is a reviewer for many international tourism, management, and technology journals. His area of expertise is Travel Technologies, Sustainable Development Goals, Disruptive Technologies, Community Based Tourism, Meaningful Tourism, Hospitality Operations, Events and Festivals, Digital Innovation in Service Sector etc.
