Parag Shukla

Parag S. Shukla holds a Ph.D. Degree in Commerce and Business Management with focus on Strategic Marketing in the area of ‘Retailing’. He has been working as an Assistant Professor in The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda since 2009. He has presented and published many research papers in contemporary areas of Marketing in National and International Journals. He is also an author in a book entitled “Retail Shoppers’ Behaviour in Brick and Mortar Stores - A Strategic Marketing Approach” which is published by a reputed Publisher. His major research area of interests includes Retailing, Services Marketing, and Consumer Behaviour to name a few.
