Pedro B. Agua
has his PhD, MBA, CENG. He holds Senior leadership and management positions in Naval Defence, ICT companies and Tier 1 Subsea Oil & Gas engineering companies. He is a Technology manager experienced in identifying business opportunities, with a proven track record of technical innovation, systems engineering leadership, project management (PMP®/PMI certified), project governance, PMO and organizational development. He has been Senior Manager within the Subsea Oil & Gas industry in UK, with cumulative responsibilities for project engineering, systems engineering and analysis teams´ leadership, planning & business development support. He is also a PON Research Center & Council board member. Lecturer. He also serves as a Deputy Director at the PRT NRC.
